Declaration of Faith
From the book Declarations in the Desert by Tara Sierra Moseley
I declare faith! Belief in Him, the Great I Am, who was, who is, and who is to come!
I speak to every ounce of disbelief in my heart, mind, and body, and I declare: be consumed with faith, belief, trust, confidence, fidelity, faithfulness.
I declare to the mountains before me - move.
I declare to the diagnosis before me - move.
I declare to the sickness before me - move.
I declare to the doubt before me - move.
I declare nothing will be impossible with my God, for I have chosen Him, and He has always chosen me.
Torrents of living water flow from me! And as I walk, I walk in faith—triumphantly walking down the path of the Way.
I declare faith in this place and decree to every dead and despairing spirit: Awake! Let there be water in the wilderness and streams in the desert.
I call my Spirit to attention and my ears to listen to the voice of victory of my King Jesus, who says, “Don’t be afraid; just believe.”
I declare my faith does not rest in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
I declare a deposit of faith to fall. I ask, just as the apostles did, “increase our faith”.
I declare I have chosen the way of faithfulness. I am on guard, firm in faith, courageous, strong.
I declare that I will fear not, for He is with me. I stand in faith, leaning on His strength and upheld by His righteous right hand.
I declare that surely I have a future, and my hope will not be cut off.
